Office-based salesperson – Sales Department 

I joined Imaweb in 1995 as an Administrative Assistant, and then moved on to become Invoicing Manager.
By 2011, I knew my job inside out, and I felt the need to take on new challenges while staying with the same fast-growing and forward-looking company.
Thanks to Imaweb’s keenness to develop internal mobility, I was able to join the Sales Department as a Sales Assistant.
Then, a few years later, a new opportunity arose and I was offered a position as an office-based salesperson. And so a new adventure began!
My main tasks are to manage a customer portfolio defined beforehand, to determine and/or detect the needs of customers in order to come up with a solution adapted to their expectations, and above all to build their loyalty.
Another of my tasks is to sell, with support from the sales engineers, Group offers that can be marketed remotely.
I feel that I am really flourishing in my job, surrounded by a dynamic, motivated and supportive team, with a taste for challenge, where personal and collective goals can be reached, working together.

Web Project Manager – Digital Offer Service 

I arrived in 2010 as a web master with a profile of integrator and designer. Building on the experience I gained, I signed up for a training course in Digital Projects to validate my skills, and to learn more about marketing and project management. After working 580 hours for a year, I passed my diploma with immense joy! Our Digital Department wants to grow and Imaweb has given me the opportunity to evolve as a Web Project Manager since April 2018.
Since then, I have been working on Customer Relationship Management and Consulting. I collect information relating to needs and I vet the technical, graphic and budgetary feasibility in coherence with Web trends and the digital strategy of car dealerships. I make sure that the design, integration and publication steps run smoothly and according to schedule.
From a personal point of view, I like to keep learning new things and spending time with my family. I also do the triathlon. I try to continuously improve myself through reading, training and spending quality time with friends and family.

Myriam, aged 39, with IMAWEB for 4 years

Assistant Manager – Operations Department 

My career began in Marketing and Communication before I moved to the Operations Department in 2007 to take up the position of Assistant Manager. I joined Imaweb in January 2015 as back-up to a Management Committee member and as Assistant Manager at the Sales Department.
This position, new and created from scratch, saw me carry out structuring and operational tasks relating to Export and partners, commercial tools, activity monitoring, Sales and Marketing, and onboarding. I was expected to be the driving force behind internal synergies  (meetings, action plans), to coordinate commercial operations and participate in the launch of new offers.
I very much appreciated the frank and open exchanges with Management. With Imaweb, I also found an involved, close-knit team with a broad cross-section of profiles favouring productive exchanges.
At the end of 2018, we merged with I’CAR SYSTEMS and my work duties changed: As Assistant Manager in the Operations Department, covering Sales, Sales Administration, Marketing, as well as the Consulting/Training and Expertise/Consulting units of two companies, the scope of my work duties broadened in terms of my routine tasks and the teams. I work on integrating new issues, tools and projects in my field of action, all the while coordinating between operational teams.
This is a new challenge that I am happy to embrace as part of our goals that are growth and sustainability.
